So this is just a fun post of the dinner I made last night. I found a new recipe to try Salsa Verde Chicken - the marinade I made for the chicken was BRIGHT Green! Ashley thought that was the funniest looking dinner I have ever made - I think she is right. Good news is it turned out pretty good!

No offense but I would have ordered take out!! Assuming you got past the color, how did it taste?
You must've made that green salsa from scratch for it to be that green. Or, it was made of kryptonite.
